Does the TLS have a transmission speed sensor?
Does the TLS rotary switch and/or transmission speed sensor?

Just got Wideband commander and LCD (well on its way from Speedking) was looking at the Multi-Function Hub so you can map each gear

Its says

most modern fuel injected bikes use transmission speed sensor

And gear position can be calibrated on bikes that have a rotary switch and/or a transmission speed sensor

Just did not know if this is the type of sensors used on TLS

I'd say our speedo sensor is what they mean by transmission speed sensor.

So you could probably tap into the speedo sensor signal, and the multifunction hub could be calibrated to work out what gear you're in by comparing engine revs to transmission output speed.

But if it can handle the resistance values from the 'rotary switch' (Gear position sensor) then it could know the gear you're in regardless.
