Why would it be rude? If they're designed for one session trackday work as suggested earlier they'd be fulfilling a service wouldn't they? Maybe not. I don't know.

I did once sell a set of car tyres which I advertised as "drifter's choice - genuinely lethal in the wet". Someone still bought them tho.

No accounting for taste I guess, unless his hobby was drifting.
