I'm looking for a good working voltage rectifier for a 99 Tlr.

I think I have one. It may be good but I'm not positive. My bike shut off on me one day and I had a spare rectifier, so I put it in just for the hell of it without testing to see if the old one was bad. PM if you're interested.

Guys i need this to be good, Test it first and if it's ok then let me know.
To know if is good you have to use a battery tester(the one used for cars) which will tell you if the bike is charging the battery or not. If the needle moves up to where it says "charging system" 14 Volts "ok" when you accelerate, then the rectifier is good, if the needle goes back when you accelerate, then is no good.
