Still lookin around for the best priced cans, Mufflers etc! I would like to mount the blackish grey colored ones, are they all the same size TLR and TLS - I have a 2001TLR

S and R cans are the same except for hanger location. The hangers on most aftermarket cans can be slid up or down to accomodate either but with used cans you'll probably have a hanger-line:)

mod you own.. best bang for the buck.. powder coat em any colour you want.

Buy some stockers on ebay, gut them, powder coat em any way you like my friend.

Then here is your cost.

Maybe $40 for the used cans.
ZERO cost for clearing the inside of the cans.
Maybe $20 for powder coating.

Then no need to buy new hangers or anything and they will bolt up with no modification.

For 50-70 bucks, you have a loud, custom looking pipe.

eeeewwww. I have Yosh and D&D full systems and the D&D suck. Fewer cross-over pipes between the two pipes, smaller pipes, smaller-diameter round muffler instead of a big oval. And the sound of the D&D is irritatingly raspy, while the Yosh are a bit heavier but sound SO much better.

I admit the D&D are light and their bolt-ons are inexpensive.

To each his own. I didn't mean to dis you; discerning, not insulting.
