Dish soap and warm water
What other products can I clean my K&N air filter with?
I've got the proper oil for the K&N, but the cleaning solvent is a crazy price. I've got plenty of spray solvents, and was wondering if anyone knew what was in the name-brand stuff, and what can be used as a substitute.

I've always dipped them in a container of petrol and blown them dry from the inside.
