So I finally got the tl1000r :hail so thanks to all who have offered advice about the bike as we was not sure, so far so good the bikes seems to be very looked after a few scuffs and skiffs but im not fussed.

well two commutes and a few rides later what can I say :O what a fantastic motorbike I'm loving it so far, the noise, the vibes and the lazy overtakes.

every ride so far has been on slimy greasy roads but yesterday managed to open it up in second and third and its defiantly a step up from the zx7r in the power and grunt department, handling think my zx7r licks it but point to point on 9/10 rideouts the tlr is still gonna be king because of the grunt, ofcourse the tlr isn't the fastest nor the most pinsharp in the handling but overall its a good package and plenty for the real world.

all in all the tiller seems to be jack of all trades master of none but the package is adequate enough for my ride outs and for those Rideout moto gp moments :pirate and has made my commutes enjoyable ! so I'll be on here a lot more now. :D

I reckon its been a second bike it had few sticks of isle of man 2012, Nurburgring and a few others it also had a mod for a satnav to be plugged in ...I think its been used for touring and hooning about when you get there as a lot of people do stuff like that.....but its all clean and sweet so its been loved overall happy :D

The cans look nice I love them they have a nice deep tone too them apparently it rattles the car windows as it goes past :laugh

Good bike mate, have fun.
Transform it by fitting a spacer to the top of the soas mount. Like you might have done on the zx7r.
it makes a big difference
