The book says the Busa uses a 240mm rear disc. When I put gixer wheels and brakes on my R I kept the original hanger for the rear. I'm wondering if you could do the same but just swap the disk for a 220mm item.
I believe the bolt holes on the rotor are the same (external confirmation required). You might want to swap the caliper as well.
