get a pencil and some fine sand paper/ make a pile of pencil (graphite) dust and sprinkle it into the locks. do not use wd40 (its death to locks.

nope sorry!

yes, it is the impeller (there is also a bolt that goes through it and a shaft with a gear that it attaches to and a few seals/spacers)

not trying to shoot myself in the foot but those parts are fairly cheap on bike bandit if you wanna buy new...dont mind the sale just letting you know...
