A few pictures to help you fab one.

The additional bracket on superlights at the front is a good idea to stop the "Springing" when torquing down the heads and crank nuts :devious

Think I'll make on too.
I made a quick cad drawing (15min) if anybody wants it (have not tested yet!)




I'll give everything dimensions and weld it up sometime.

Hope you don't mind Sam yours looked the best.

If I made another I would use 20mm box section rather than 1/2" Box

Mine tends to flex a little in front of the rear diagonal braces once you get the motor fully built up, but it's light.

They're great for transporting engines aswell in your car as I seem to do often :devious

The front brace will only work on TLR engines assuming it connects where the bottom rad mounts to the cases. The TLS cases aren't threaded.

You could put a cross brace under the oil filter, but to be honest with 20mm box section it wouldn't need it.

This would be a perfect accessory if one was going to pull out the motor to.....er.......umm........powdercoat the frame or something silly like that.

Lucky for U Doug U don´t need one since U arent going to mod that TLS :laugh
