they are rare as rocking horse shit , the only ones ive seen are yellow , paint it may take some time

From the 2nd link above it appears that the only model TL in blue white is the one in the collection. It, in turn came from http://www.ixomodels.com/. Looking at the site it doesn't look like they still make it but if you reeeeeallly want to be nice to your mate then you could try contacting them to see if they can help. They may still have the molds and might be willing to run one off. Otherwise its a block of aly, a dremel and lots of patience and eye strain.

Pm Tazzie.....he has a collection of them and ships worldwide. He just hooked me up with a red S and.......wait for it......yellow R :laugh

Close but no cigar. That's a GSXR750 - looks like a K2/K3.

Yeah I knew it wasn't a tlr but it's close. About the only difference is the engine isn't it? I don't really know, it just looks like a tlr. I was surprised to see the TLS. I found a couple of sv650's and some sv1000's too but no red tls's (I want a red one). I'll keep looking.
