TL wont idle, dies after starting? PLEASE HELP

I am having a problem with my TL1000R . Its a 2001 model with 21k miles on it.

I have started my bike this evening, let it warm up a bit (i usually leaves it to 55C). Then it started to bog down, touching throttle helped a bit, but it eventually died out after 10seconds. When it shut itself down, I can hear fuel pump priming again. Started bike again, was idling a while, but died again soon.

I had a bit of a similar problem a week before when I went on a trip, it was slowly cutting out in low revs. However I thought that was due to heat sitting in a traffic jam. I quickly pulled in to the petrol station and filled it up. Then I done 100 miles with no problem and came home.

However today was a blue day for my suzuki as mentioned above :/

Fuel is on reserve (blinking yellow light)
no error codes when I put it in dealer mode (C00). Idle was stable for past 4500 miles of owning it (at 1200rpm)
No powercomander or TRE installed. Yoshimura RS3 exhaust system.

I suspect sparkplugs or fuel filter?
Don't know for sure if that's happening at low fuel levels and goes away when filled up... But will check fuel pump.

I suspect sparkplugs or fuel filter also.

But first check it very closely for vacuum leaks. Have you worked on it lately? Had any vacuum lines disconnected?

Also, take a look at TPS setting. Maybe you already did, since you looked at the codes.
Put gas in it first. It's probably lower than you think.
