Recently purchased my 1st TL1000R. First of all, what an amazing machine!! Bike is stretched 8" and mainly setup for drag racing. I'm currently in the market for a set of strip/street tires. 90% of the time it will be at the track but would also like to occasionally ride on the street. Big fan of Michelin and Pirelli but open to any and all suggestions. Thanks for your time and responses.

With 90% of its time on the track, why not just get a tire that you like for the track?

You need Pirelli Supercorsa's for the track (SC1 front, SC2 rear). If you want something more road orientated, buy some Pirelli Angels, I have these on my K1300R and they are the best road tyres I've ever used (I used to be a dyed in the wool Bridgestone fan too).

Whatever you get make sure you fit a 180 section rear. The TLs where over sized for aesthetic (read marketing) purposes and it messed up the handling.
