One of my customers just finished a saddle sore 1000 on Deals Gap on a goldwing. That's 1000 miles in less than 24 hours. 106 trips up and down the gap. It took him slightly less than 24 hours. He averaged somewhere around 45 mph. Someone figured he was turning the bars every 2.5 seconds. His best time was 11.30, which isn't bad on a freakin gold wing, slowest time was 15...

They call him Yellow Wolf. He has a yellow gold wing and with a camera set up, and films people on the gap. We hooked up his forks and shock at work.

I think he is absolutely nuts to even try something like that.

Uh, yeah. I did probably 50 trips at the gap and it almost killed me on the TLR, I couldnt imagine doing it on a goldwing.

That is truly a feat!:hail

It's a shame that the IBA wouldn't honor it...

But he will be a legend at the Gap for a long time!

Nice work Yellow_Wolf

He's a member of sportbikes.net. He's posted videos where hes blowin past sport bikes like they are sittin still. He's a legend on the board. To sit on a couch at the gap for 24hrs on a couch though i'm unimpressed.:laugh
