Probably not. Unless he is super hard up for it and for whatever reason can't find one. But Craigslist usually has an abundance of SV parts and bikes for sale. So I would think not. But then again, if he was really looking to get a hold of one then he would probably be paying attention to the thread he started in the WTB section.
