strange one today!

So got my bike running today after a full strip down

It ran really badly!!

would not idle at all popping and farting all over the place

put in to dealer mode to check TPS showing as high so adjusted it and it took a lot of adjusting but still wouldnt idle in fact it was worse!

removed power commander (still in dealer mode) as soon as I put the ignition on and started it I had a C22 code (Atmospheric pressure sensor ) which then made me click that I was messing with the wiring in that area moments before starting it and forgot to plug it in :coocoo :coocoo

plugged in ran spot on

Question:

why would the power commander stop it showing a C22 error code? :confused also after plugging it back in my TPS was way out again so had to adjust it back to the original position is that normal too? maybe with it not plugged in it goes to like a limp home mode type thing and throws the TPS to high side of spec to keep it running :confused

Take it easy and don't exert yourself. :p
which exact power commander model?
the early ones intercepted the air pressure sender signal and faked what it sent to the ECU instead. Only the later ones had direct control of the injectors.
I believe the pc3 was the first one to have full control of the injectors
I think you might be right as I'm sure I have heard that before

I'm actually thinking of selling the pc2 and getting a FI tuner pro from healtech

Yep, this is how the PCII works. The PCII works great in my experience, very tuneable and functional.
