Steering damper

The question has was probably all ready been ask but I can't find it...

I have a 2000 TL1000s and I wan't know if I can install a aftermarket steering damper without the transversal mount and using the OEM mount.

I know you can do it on the TLr but on the TLs??

I want to take this opportunity to plug the Hyperpro RSC, just because I was SO please with it.
