First ride of the season i did about 160 miles. Second ride:the bike is the driveway warming up and i'm in the garage wiping down my faceshield when my neighbor starts yelling about fire/smoke. As i was trying to keep the plastic off the pipe it split. Why did this happen? Any suggestions on how to fix/repair?

This happened to me when I installed my full yosh system. I just notched out a section of the plastic belly cover with a dremel tool to give the exhuast more clearance and it looks great... it didn;t damage the paint either.

:stupid the dremel with a little sanding drum is your friend.

:stupid had to modify my belly pan to fit around the full TiForce, also had some melting issues with the full Yosh

Yep me too ... I bought a new belly pan but haven't installed it yet - will probably have to cut it :dowhat I think also with the Bitubo, the swing arm was banging on the pipes and pushed it down or across and helped with the melting ...

my belly pan burnt to wich led to my whole right side blowing off and breaking
