My 2nd expensive hobby, taking photos of racing cars. Mostly historic, because access to top events is impossible as non professional.

Jim Clark Revival, Hockenheim Germany, April 2004:

Lotus 72, you still remember this one, right?

Something for the US guys:

There were some new Ferrari F1 as well (damn the sound makes your ears explode):

The touring cars were MOST interesting to watch. Action action action:

wow rufer, i didn't know you were that much of a petrolhead! :thumbup

these picts are awesome, i love these older cars (i had that black/gold Lotus F1 as a model when i was young)

tyrell 6 wheeler, classic :)

GT40 :drool

mercedes silver arrow :hail :hail :hail

i went to classic francorchamps once, and there were old 'group C' races going on, you know, old F1 cars with roof, that was amazing

i also saw the ferrari 333SP racing there, and you could hear it howling through the forest 4kms away! :hail

the most fun to watch indeed are the old road-race cars, like old porsche 911's, cortina's, lancia's, jags and stuff.

oneday, i will have a 1970-72 911S in my life :yes
