Can anyone tell me where this wire goes? I’ve had my fairings off doing maintenance but I plugged everything back in place. I looked in the Haynes manual for plug that’s brown/ black and white and the only thing close was the turn lamp but it’s plugged in and working.

If you have a Euro spec TL, that connector plugs onto a small light bulb in the bottom of the headlight assembly. On US spec models it is unused, and normally tucked into the loom.
