Okay Fellas,

I'm attempting to put my TLS back together after a drunk driver hit me over 3 years ago. I want to make a hill climb bike, upright riding position, super light (motorcross style bars) really focused type bike. Where do I start? Frame is crack on left side where the radiator was bolted, but I will take some pictures to show how severe and see if it's repairable (frame).

Welcome :bigfinger

I too hillclimb here in the UK :thumbup

It's quite common for the early TLS frame to crack where you described. As long as you V out the crack and sand back the anodising it can be TIG welded quite easily by a competant welder.

Yea, I've seen your videos on YouTube and subscribe, its great. Where should I start. The motor is out, so I have to put it back in and take it to a welder to get it welded. I'm pretty much going to need a new tank, radiator and front forks. The forks themselves are okay, but the right caliper stay is broken, and some motorcross bars with throttle and clutch stuff. I'm just looking for direction. What do you think?
