i want to replace plug wires and caps. any suggestions on what works the best or is it best just to stay stock?:bwtiller

The stock wires are metal core, there just fine.

You can take the stock wires out of the coils, the coils have a threaded studd like the plug cap. There are threaded onto that stud and have a bit of glue around the outside.

U can unscrew the stock wires out of the coil and cap
I went down to the local auto parts shop and picked up a Bosh inductive ignition lead
For a common car for a couple of bucks
Cut of a suitable length of lead , give the ends a dab of dielectric grease
And screw them into the coil and cap.

Works grate
