Thought that i would start build thread as bike coming together. Most small, time consuming, things are done
so HOPEFULLY we dont have to wait year or so to see her ready :laugh

Some fact´s of coming bike which is ´99 S:

Engine:

-SV crank and rods
-`R pistons
-Slightly modded heads (mostly smoothed)
-1mm squish
-`S intake cam as exhaust-cam and `R intake as intake (when i get my camtool :banghead)
-Stock headers for while with open cans,something else coming, debends if i get money or time what it is, full system anyway :)
-Modded airbox
-`R clutch slave, used by k7 gsxr 1000 master

Suspension and brakes:

-k6 gsxr 600 forks
-k3 gsxr 1000 front calipers
-oem rotors
-oem rear brakes
-steel braided lines all-over
-1098 rear shock with ~11kg/mm spring
-oem swinger

Blings:

-speedking rearset
-open sprocket cover
-Suspension and front brakes :lol
-open sprocket cover
-polished frame, rim lips, swinger
-oem electrics modded to keep up :)
-gapmod
-Clear led rearlight

Random stuff:

-shingden R/R
-healtech speedo corrector
-healtech GiPro
-16/40 sprockets
-metallic red

Gapmod, used undertray it had when i bought it, or rear-half of it. Some plastic sheet and fiberglass to turn it in shape. Some work still to do on it....
Had to do bracket for TOS, starter- and blinker relays found place on gapmod. Battery is temporalily going to be where pictured, probably moves
when i have money for Shorai...

Ouzi, you are obviously a clever talented lad but (and dont take this the wrong way) like some of our young engineers, a little common sense go's a long way.



STOP USING WATER AS COOLANT ON A FRIGGIN ELECTRIC JIGSAW :banghead :scared

It´s pretty dirty and theres lots to do still, like polishing it :banghead
Haven´t seen shock spring either yet so i could work on shock bush lenghts, some electrics but mainly
earths and starter/battery cables, rear mudguard needs some sanding and clear on(and its carbon :banghead).


But most work done if i could get on road at beginning of next month :dowhat

If you get it on the road for the beginning of next month you'll have done better than most on here

No problem Ouzi, and deff no offence meant :), just nearly crapped myself when I thought it was water, red to red, black to black, blue to bits :laugh
