I'm a country boy myself. You got to have a minimal of 2 acres. I think they are making it 4.5 soon.

Atleast you don't have a big yard to mow. I hope you like your neighbors.

I like the garage too but I need/want a 12 foot ceiling for my future garage so I can install a car lift.

The trend over here is bigger houses, smaller lots. You'd think we were running out of land or something. Sucks if you ask me...I like having some yard, yet I hate taking care of it. :O Privacy fences? Why? When the houses are multistory and that close together you can see right over any privacy fence put up, so there's no point really.

Yep, the first pic was taken at the final walk through, got the both of us in it. The second pic was taken 3 days later after we closed... them boys with the sod showed up between the two.

insta-lawn, but I prefer it from seed, alot stronger and easier to keep looking good, but whatcagonnado:devious it's ma new house, I ain't gonna bitch.
