During my ride today my buddy who was following me noticed a small amount of smoke coming from my bike. He doesn't think it was exiting the pipe. When I got back home I saw that oil has dripped onto the RIGHT exhaust pipe. There is oil on the inside of the belly pan just under the right pipe and stator cover. It doesn't seem like a very bad leak, but there is about a 3 inch circle of oil in the belly pan after 2 hours of riding. What is the most likely location of this leak? How much to get that seal replaced (if it is in fact a bad seal/gasket) Thanks

Check that you have got the bolts torqued up correctly.
The early97 models were prone to leaking, they were recalled to alter the o ring design, not too much ofa problem though, you may need to reseal it with some hermatite or equivilent

Check the drain hole on the water pump, oil seal could be shagged on it. :coocoo
