BBV,

The Rustoleum caliper paint looks sharp... :devious

Golf tees fit very well in the bolt holes too to keep paint out...

I dunno, I like the way the front ones look. Although the finish on the rear does leave a little to be desired, especially since it will sit above the swingarm and be in much plainer view than the stock caliper. Maybe re-finish it in gloss black and sand down the Nissin logo so it sorta matches the front :dunno

Oh and....

Started cutting things off I won't be using....

the extra exhaust mount off the frame so the TLR swing arm will fit....

lost the rear reservoir mount....

the torque arm mount on the swingarm

the tab that won't be used for the shock....

luggage hooks....

sanded the casting line off the lower triple....

and bolted these bits together.

Turns out since the frame was from a lien sale, I'm going to have to take it down for a VIN and engine # inspection, so the sooner I can get it a rolling chassis with engine in place, the better.

Whoa! Nice project.

Are those GSXR 1000 K3's?
Is this going to be a 2nd TLS or a rebuild of the other TLS?
Nice work not polishing or painting. Your texturing turned out nice.

R1...I think '13, but the guy I bought them from is going to confirm for me.

It's a new build....It will probably get powder coated in the end, if nothing else, the swingarm and triples anyway.

Only reason my other swingarm is polished, is that it came that way...wasn't my doing.
