My Tio Suzuki 1000s has a new battery will not start will not turn on lights or anyting what do I do next

Do you have a mutlimeter? First start by checking to see if the battery is fully charged. Even though it's new, it may not be fully charged. Check the starter relay and see if there are any signs of corrosion or burnt wiring/terminals.

Check with a meter check fuses and also look at tip over sensor and ignition resistor should be 100ohm any questions hit me up and I'll tell ya how to do it with out removing everything.

The Main Fuse would be a good place to start. Have a look at it, and verify continuity on it with a meter. It is on the side of the starter relay housing, along with a spare fuse too. It should be rated at 30 amps.

The TOS and Ignition resistor will not prevent the lights from illuminating.
