Hey Guys,

Has anyone ever lost there Ignition key? What sort of hassle is it to get it replaced? Can I get one via Suzuki already cut or do I need to get the locksmith involved?

You can get it from Suzuki using the number that is stamped on the small metal tag that
Accompanied the keys from the factory
If you do not have this then get a price on replacement barrels and keys
And ask a locksmith for a quote on rekeying the bike

Did you check your rear reat lock?
lots of us (including me) have left it hanging there ..... :O

Well, it was one of those "I have to get around to that" things. To make things worse I was on holidays and it was my last day there before having to load the bike on the trailer and return home.

It has all ended up going well as I ordered a new blank key will pick it up today and a locksmith friend from work will match the key to the ignition for a liquid gold donation.......

Oh, and with the steering lock engaged it only took 30mins to remove the ignition........ bit scary hey guy's. Considering the only parts to remove were the two dash surrounds.....
