Probably planned this way to test your endurance and self control. All important attributes for and constable mind you. :laugh

don't go running. do some gentle exercise like on a cross trainer unless it's crippling pain.
if it comes to friday and it still hurts, cram yer gob full of ibuprofen an hour or two before you're due to run. it's an anti-inflamitory so will minimise the pain and groinal swelling :)laugh) after the fitness test

Cheers Phil.

In agony today after the run last night.

I'll take it easy and pop them pills on Friday!

I can see your dillema, strained groin AND your staff party, but what has a fitness test got to do with anything?

Yep, level 5/4.

And a upper body strength test.

I have been told that level 5/4 is a slow jog, but I will find even that hard the way my groin is at the minute.

I'll get my wife to rub some oil into it tonight. :laugh
