Instrument light bulbs

So I'm pretty sure I've got a couple of instrument bulbs out. Looks like I'll have to pull one or both fairing panels to replace the bulbs. Am I correct in that assumption? I don't want to do more work than I have to. There are some bulbs under the passenger seat, I'm guessing they are the right ones since a couple have already been used I'll make sure but that's the only place I know to put tiny bulbs.

So nobody has ever replaced their instrument bulbs?
Yeah
the entire unit has to come out to get to the bulbs
You'll need to strip the clocks to get to the bulbs. I'm guessing that you've already ruled out a poor connection.
while you at it, you shoud do a LED conversion, it easy and not expensive, you get better lighting and IT LOOK COOL...

I will definitely look into that.

Thanks everybody for the info. I finally got the service manual to download properly. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through all of that.
