I'm in a world of hurt:uhoh

I've recently stripped my TLR down to do a little bit of work to it. Well like all great idea's, it's become a 3 week mission. Every thing labelled (we almost) and I took photo's of everything (10 photo's of each and every part)

Any way to cut a long story short the photo's were on my memory stick....

I've lost the memory stick.....:banghead

So I don't know what the assembled parts look like, eg I have a good idea how the stand unit goes back together with the double spring etc, but what bolts were used.....

I have a copy of the manual but it only goes so far, it only show so much detail.

So at this stage I need a heap of detailed photo's of the;
Stand unit
Rear sets, including brake res, and brake switch.
And where the if any spacers or washers go.

from the tone of your post i thought you were deep inside the engine!!!
so you have in your hand 10 bolts and a locknut? sort your life out!
side stands and stock rearsets don't use spacers so find which bolts fit where and put it back together.

swingarm, axle, rear sets, frame, head stem, linkages,....everything is broken down for powder coating and re-chroming.

Exactly the stuff I stripped off 2 months ago.

It's all logical. I'm pretty cluttered and pretty much had everything on the lift scattered around..only thing I needed the manual for was the direction of the dogbone.

what exactly are you having problems with (besides chroming:coocoo :) )
