How does one "Vote" for the fastest? Would that not be determined based on speed? :confused

We have to pick which "record" should go in the book as record of the year. Currently he's up against the largest swimwear parade on skis. Now that has some potential I think you'll agree.

Looking at the list I can't help thinking our species has too much leisure time on its hands.
