This is what I started with. Tubing is 1.2mm thick walled and down pipes are 2.25"/57mm and after Y piece 2,5"/63mm.
It was a bit daunting looking at the tubing as I have never done it before but looking at Sam's photos and knowing it was the only way I could afford to do it...
Also I didn't know how to weld so just tacked pieces together after cutting them and the got a mate to tig them properly.
Got stuck in anyway. Started with the front pipe. The front bend was difficult as I had little space and it needed to be shrunk from 57mm to 45mm mid bend.

It will be polished properly during winter and I also need to get it remapped.
