Okay, some of you may remember I was railroaded and hung out to dry by the BIG BOSS at my last employer when I was working for the state.
I just learned she did the same thing to another guy whom work in our department.
She did this to seven people from that department. I was number six and this guy is number seven. She rids anyone whom disagrees with her.
He saw me today and walked up to me and gave me a hug. It took me a second to realize who he was. Then, I remember, Turns out they made him resign or he would have been terminated because he was watching a boring arse programming movie about migrating databases etc. and he dosed off for a few seconds which in the state system is a class three automatic firing. He was told they would not issue the class three if he resigns because she was likely afraid he would draw attention to her low handiness practices. Not knowing exactly what happen to me, he resigned.
He's also been having a rough time personally as he's in a divorce situation with teens.
He apologized for not being there for me when I was forced out knowing I had a three year old, a five year old and and right year old. I told him I understood.. and if he would have spoke up a year and half ago his head would have been on the chopping block sooner. There was nothing he could do, they wanted be out and I so the writing on the so I quit. Now she's done it too him.
She continues to reep the STATE rewards and steps on everyone under her.
She an arse, a terrible human being, that heartless, gutless and an overall piece of shit. She deserves to lose something. Her job her personal business or something.
What can I/WE do that's legal or..... that would draw attention to them and there wicked practices.
People like that burn me up, and I swear it's a good thing I quit when I did.
Perhaps if the seven of us join together to tell our stories to a committee at the U something would/could be done. Perhaps a class action lawsuit against her or something.
The down side is UVA is the biggest employer in C'ville and the power she has is great and those head managers tend to wipe each others arse.
If we sue I'd probably loss my job but I really don't care right now. The problem would be getting the others involve. I think out of the seven of us only four would step forward for fear of losing current positions.
They need to know they can't do this to staff employees with out a fight. It happening over and over at the U and something needs to get out to the right people.
