Download the manual from the File Vault and start reading.
Learn how to adjust the TPS and throttle bodies. There's a video that shows how to do it. Make sure the throttle bodies sit correctly on their rubber mounts, below the airbox
Replace the spark plugs
Charge the battery
Clean/replace the airfilter and fuel filter
These are just a few things you have to do on a new to you bike that doesn't run right.
Search for similar threads here. Lots of them with most solved.
:stupid Put new plugs in it before you try anything else. There's a real good chance it will then start and you can go from there.
