I have a leak under my tank,I think its the gasket around the fuel pump. Can I remove the tank without draining the fuel? And how do I keep air out of the fuel lines?

Don't worry about air getting into the fuel lines, thats not an issue. Its best to drain the tank first, although you could try to disconnect the lines and rush it to a near by bucket? It's gonna be a real mess though.

You can get a hand siphon pump from the auto store for less then 10 bucks though, they usually work pretty good. And change your fuel filter while your in there!

Drain the fuel
Read the manual
Use a talk wrench

If you over tighten the bolts then you will warp the tank
And it will leak like a sive forever
