Yes, all of the TLR model year fuel tanks are interchangeable.
However, note that some dealers are still selling the "California" versions. They still work, but they have an internal vent and a corresponding tube on the bottom for the evap emissions system.

Thanks. Have you had any luck with aftermarket fairings? I’m looking at that or getting wrap. Though I do have damage to one of the fairing s and it’s probably easier to get a new set vs find the one piece that matches.

Unfortunately, don't have much experience with aftermarket fairings. However, there's always quite a bit of chatter about them on the Facebook TL forums. You might have a look at those for suggestions.
