yes we know...that it cannot be set!

Pat, what exactly do you want to know, the TL's fuel sensor resistance for full/empty or the fuel sensor settings for the Koso?

The Koso has just 2 possible settings, 100 ohms or 510 ohms resistance (full). The fuel warning light trigger point can be set from 10% to 50% in 10% steps. Now, as I already told you by pm, the TL fuel light sensor/circiut is in no way compatible the Koso's requirements. If you want to use the TL fuel sensor with your Koso, you will need some sort of adapter circuit to convert from the TL fuel sensor resistance to something the Koso can work with. The same is true for the K5/K6 gauge cluster that I'm using. My adapter uses the Arduino that I need for the data conversion anyway:

When I searched the net for the Koso requirements (for this reply) I came across the following circuit that obviously is used successfully on SV's. It provides a 100 ohms circuit to the Koso:

So no matter how you turn it, no adapter circuit, not working fuel gauge on your Koso.
