So, my forks now seem soft and squidgy ... :dowhat

Can't afford a fortune, so are there any other stock springs that can go in and stiffen it up, or do I have to front up for some aftermarket ones?

Also, has anyone taken apart a set of re-valved forks? what was done, and could it be replicated? are there any alternatives to the (too expensive for me) racetech gold valves :O

All help greatfully received :)

...TLS forks respone really well to the TLR stock springs, busa spacers (to make them the proper internal length) and 7.5 weight oil:thumbup...

Thanks BX :)

Are the 'busa spacers the same for all years ? Will my friend notice if I slip around to his garage one quiet night and take the ones out of his '04 bike :confused :laugh :laugh

Already got the 7.5wt oil following ole Doug's advice when I changed it earlier this year :) :hail ... and it's since then, having decent oil in there, that i've noticed the issues ...... having 3yr old oil obviously reduced the suppleness of the forks :dowhat :coocoo :laugh

Anyone got some cheap, decent, R springs :devious
