Is it possible to get the front header pipe off without removing the fans and radiator? If so what tool is suggested?

This tool is what you need... Click Me. :laugh

I want to say I put my exhaust on with the radiators in place, so the opposite should be possible. I would recommend using a cardboard cutout the size of the rads (maybe just the lower) and using it as protection when moving things around.

Good to know. I want to get those pipes out with as little hassle as possible.

Does the recommended tool come in any other colors?

Well...my mechanics gloves are blue and white. There is NO WAY I could use a black and yellow hammer and live with myself!
