Can an admin please contact me to delete my forum account here? I gather the vBullitin does not have a "delete account" option in the user-side control panel, and that an admin will have to delete me for me. Thanks.

First, thank you for that "friendly" reply. That sure does make this sound like a welcoming community [/sarcasm]

Secondly, I would like my account deleted, because (a) I am not actually interested in motorcycles and only made this account 10 years ago to be able to PM someone, (2) do not want my personal information in this system anymore and (3) would like to stop receiving the "happy birthday" emails every May 5th.

You could also delete all your personal info on your settings and profile pages and change your email address to something like [email protected].

That is what I have done at another sites before.....

Personally I would prefer the admin to close and remove accounts after about 6 to 12 months inactivity or somehow archive them so we could still access any info that might be usefull from past members.........
