Any recommendations for where to get extended clutch and throttle cables made up, putting renthals on as getting old and back knackered.
I know, I know, but it's that or give up riding my TL1000S, and that ain't happening.

Uk.

Clutch cable from a Yamaha SR 125 is a bit longer.
When I did mine I routed the throttle cables to the other side of the headstock. The stock cables will fit this way. Brake lines may need replacing with slightly longer ones.
Hi, MotionPro make cables at any lenght. Top quality product.

Actually the hardest one to make fit was the fast idle cable.
A bit of re routing can make it fit. It's quite tight though.
I used a 2004 Kawasaki ZX636 clutch cable. Fit well. I learned about it on this site. I also have Renthal bars, with a Spiegler upper triple. Throttle cable might be stock. I am also now using some galfer brake lines for a 2002 1200 Bandit. I added them after this picture. Yeah, it's a work in progress.
