I don't know if it's an R or S. Either way, check the large yellow and white connectors for signs of corrosion or burnt pins. Fix/replace them if needed. Also check your ground to make sure it isn't corroded as well.

My blinker fuse that runs all blinkers and dash keeps blowing as soon as I put load on the bike. ....

Please clarify what you mean exactly when you say, "as soon as I put a load on the bike."?

As soon as the key is on?
When the engine is started?
As the RPMs are increased?
When the brake light is activated?
When the bike actually begins moving under power?
