Hi it always comes when I lean, but goes away it feels like she slips, as if on gravel but it happens on all services, feels loos like I said but it's not bumps it always happens on a lean

If your TL still has the OEM rotary damper on the rear, that could explain what you are feeling.
Both of mine offered a similar sensation until they were replaced with a better suspension component.

Rear suspension is a very popular upgrade on TL's. And I have yet to hear anyone say they regret it!

But, always best to make sure it is that before spending lots of money. Can the swingarm or wheel move from side to side for some reason? That you lean over and something slides to one side for a little bit, then sits against the end?

+1 with what Loki says. First verify there is no mechanical looseness in the rear linkages......or anywhere else, for that matter.

I replaced the rotary on my TLS with an Ohlins damper. It has worked well over the years (since 2001). Very confidence inspiring. Made the TLS feel like a normal motorcycle. The Ohlins only replaces the rotary damper. The OEM spring (SOAS) remains installed.

I had damper rebuilt once in 2012 due to an oil leak, but that is typical maintenance for any shock.

The rebuild in 2012 along with a spring upgrade on the SOAS.

I initially replaced the rotary and spring on my TLR with a Bitubo damper & spring combo. It greatly improved the ride comfort and control, but I had the rebound damping maxed out, and it still wasn't quite enough. At the time, it was a good economical improvement. Much safer than OEM.
Since then (May, 2014) I swapped out the Bitubo for a Wilbers unit. This one is completely capable of handling anything I can throw at the TLR. Very adjustable and seems to stick to the road well. I am not a knee dragger, but I am more than pleased with the Wilbers.

And of course if you can still find one there's an Ohlins option for the TLR which is rather good. Usually eye-wateringly expensive too but ss alluded to above it transforms the TLR from a rollerskate to a proper bike that sticks to the road and goes round corners.
