The Kendall Berg kit is even more promising: bored to the water jacket then sleeved with cast iron, Arias pistons and I can't remember whose rods. You can also get the crank stroked either way. Either way (sleeved or not) is expensive. The gain is reputed to be more than you'd expect because the bigger bore unshrouds the valves, moving the cylinder wall farther away from the valves so the valves flow better.
