Not quite..

That drawing is Pedro Dani's (TLR owner to ZX10R I think some time ago now)
The drawing was from around 2004 and the plates were steel,4mm alloy would probably fail.
I think that drawing was prompted by Pedro after seeing posts by yes,Doug (Bassinger) and a mate of his Beau I think (GSXR750) iirc.

From that drawing and with modifications to the measurements over time came these first TLR billet risers and one set of TLS billet risers (20 sets overall) that I did in 2004 to 2005... 16.5 mm to 19 mm centres.

Because at that time I had no TLR to actually work off I changed things based on feedback by people who had received them.
I had been offered by a US Member to have a TLR subframe end sent to me so I could do the radius in full for better cosmetics with sides but did not do so.

The riser did in the end have those side portions left on and of course became the Vandriver billet riser with minor changes.

I just noticed something on the drawing.
Back then 2004 an earlier they were called tail Raisers.

I should have trademarked Billet Risers... LOL x heaps.

:laugh :)

(As if it would have mattered. The later ones would have simply have those magical three letters preceding the trade marked name).
