Ok basicly, i started bike all was fine, been running smooth for months now, but today i went to start here and nothin, fuel pump works and primes, but nothin from starter, no relay click.

I checked the fuse under my seat and its fine, i shorted the terminals there also, and she started, so i take it its just the starter motor relay thats shot away, or could it still be more ?, like clutch or side stand switch.

On a katana I used to have the starter button took a crap. The little contact points inside had slightly glazed over. Popped it open, scratched them clean/shiny with a knife and all was good. Just another idea, good luck. :)

Might also be worth checking the side stand and clutch switches. You can just bridge the wires to each switch for testing. If you bridge the wires and it works, you know the switch doesn't:)

have fun
