Selling this '11 Busa front end conversion off this TLS we are parting out. This setup massively improves front end stiffness under braking, ride quality, handling, and braking.
Front end conversion fits all years of the TLS and TLR.
Conversion kit consists of:
'11 OEM Suzuki Hayabusa front radial forks - 500 miles
'11 OEM Busa front wheel - 500 miles
NEW Dunlop 120/70 front tire - 0 miles
'11 OEM Busa front axle & axle spacer - 500 miles
'11 OEM Busa front brake master cylinder, coffin style - 500 miles
NEW Revolution Rotors semi-floating 310mm front rotors, bronze carrier (matches fork tubes) - 0 miles
NEW Revolution Rotors semi-floating rear rotor, bronze carrier (matches fork tubes) 0 miles
Front brake rotors are 310mm and are the lighter '08+ Busa fitment bolt pattern. This set of front/rear rotors alone sold new for $800+. If you don't like the bronze carriers, we can strip and re-anodize them for $100 USD additional.
Brake Calipers shown in the photo are not included and have already been sold. However, '08+ Busa calipers are readily available used on Ebay to complete the front end.
This kit mounts up into any TLS or TLR triple clamps and doesn't need any spacers. All you need to complete the kit is a set of calipers and a GSXR or Busa fitment front fender.
This kit retails for $1880 USD.

My pattern seems to be that I get new wheels and then do the full Race Tech gold valve & spring & fluid and then re-do the shim stack again and about the time I get it just right I want radial brakes...
