i've looked at racetech's site and noticed that the part numbers for valves and springs are the same for both. i've got the stock tl forks and the gold on gold 'busa forks. what are the advantages, internally and with regard to the anodizing? are these forks identical, parts wise, or are there technological benefits with the newer forks, ie. better valves, comp/reb circuits, etc?

if the differences are not appreciable i'll just have my stockers built. i intend to have this bike on the track mostly and possibly race it in the future so i'm looking for performance advice rather than looks.

as far as my riding, i ride in the advanced group on the track and am probably right around the middle of the group.

any help would be very much appreciated. :thumbup
