So I bought this bike and it has d and d pipes with no PC. It's backfireing and stalling once it's warmed up when I stop at a light. Im thinking the gas could be bead and need a fuel system flushing. Since it has about 13k mikes, I'm assuming the plugs are bad since being ran for so long with an...

I have had the TLS fully serviced engine wise! It had the valve clearances, TPS and Throttlebodies. I also had the fuel filter replaced! The bike had plugs changed as Suzuki had apparently modified the owner manual to different spark plugs which the Suzuki Dealership parts dept did not know...

My TLR has a new prob. I can start it and it idles fine. I take off and as soon as I get out of the throttle it dies. It won't start back unless I cycle the switch. All safety sensors are gone so I know its not that. Headlight is on I think. Not sure what it could be. Any tips on where to start?

I went to start my bike and I got some neat white smoke, so I turned off my bike and looked down and there is what appears to be oil leaking pretty decently out where the exhaust pipe is screwed into the block (exhaust manifold?) of the exhaust pipe on the outside (possibly inside too) I dont...

Just got the bike back together after a few mods and getting her ready for a riding weekend. Got the M4 System installed, and dropped a tooth on the front to 16/43. Took her for a quick spin, and she's running nicely! The M4 System really has a nice growl. I've got to get my YoshBox built. I...

Just got back from a quick 50 mile blast and I must say, my Tiller's running great. The big steps (in eliminating the off-idle part throttle stumble) were made towards the end of last season when I installed the PC3 (dynojet map for aftermarket filter and yosh cans) and adjusted the TPS and...

It all started about a month ago - my bike started backfiring through the rear TB, and didn't sound 'quite right'. I had done the plus mod, so disconnected this. It ran ok, I thought, but still didn't sound 'quite right'. Then it didn't start at all. I replaced the plugs, and re-connected the...
