does anyone know if it would fit :O even if i had to redrill the mounting holes

I have been told that you cannot use a hugger with the bike being lowered. Has anyone else had this problem? I have the egay lowering link set in the middle position and an undertail. Anyone have bottom out problems? I am also on a 190 o.e. size tire.
